Scioto Valley District Information

Our district was formed in 1985 when the Great Southwest District and the Mohawk District joined to make a new district called Scioto Valley. We have 15 Districts in the Simon Kenton Council and Scioto Valley is one of them. The Simon Kenton Council covers 23 counties in central and southern Ohio and northern Kentucky. Scioto Valley District covers primarily the same area as the Southwest School District  in Franklin County and most all of Madison County.

Scioto Valley District serves about: 30 Troops, 27 Packs, 17 Crews, 3 Teams and 1 Sea Scout Ship.
