 Scoutmaster Award of Merit

Scoutmaster Award of Merit Requirements

 

  1. Serve as Scoutmaster for at least 18 months.
  2. Attend Scoutmaster Fundamentals (basic training).
  3. Earn for his Troop the National Quality Unit Award at least once.
  4. Successfully train his or her youth Troop leaders.
The Senior Patrol Leader and Troop Committee Chair recommend the Scoutmaster for the award, based on the unit's performance over the past 18 months.
