Webelos Outdoor Workshop (W.O.W.)

The Buckeye District Training Team is offering

Webelos Outdoor Workshop on April 4, 2009. This course is also known Outdoor Leader Skills for Webelos Leaders.

Webelos Outdoor Workshop is supplemental training for Bear and Webelos leaders.

By completing this course you will:

Learn the values of the outdoor program
Identify various Webelos outdoor activities and how to conduct them
Increase your knowledge of health and safety procedures
Learn outdoor skills through demonstration and hands-on practice
Gain the confidence to conduct a Webelos overnight camping trip
Be eligible to earn the Webelos Den Leader Award

. . . all while having FUN! Sign up early to guarantee your enrollment. Cost is $18 and includes lunch and all course materials. Register is online only and must be completed by March 28. No walk-ins will be allowed.

Dress for the weather as most of the training is conducted outdoors. Please bring a pocket knife and folding chair.
