In Webelos Scouting there are 20 activity badges, metal pins worn on the Webelos cap, or as a pack option, on the tabs of the Webelos colors. The activity badges are divided into four groups - Physical Skills, Mental Skills, Community, Technology, and Outdoor. In order to earn the Webelos badge (the fifth rank in Cub Scouting), the Webelos Scout must earn the Fitness badge. He must also earn two more badges from two different activity badge groups. Citizen and Readyman must be earned in order to receive the Arrow of Light Award.
